The Laws of the Game are authorized on an annual basis by the International Football Association Board (IFAB) and provided by the Fédération Internationale de Football Associations (FIFA).

The FLSRC oversees the administration of the United States Soccer Federation Referee Program within the State of Florida. They are responsible for the development of the appropriate procedures and policies for the certification and oversight of Florida referees, instructors, assessors and assignors.

Founded in 1974, FYSA is governed by a board of directors that is elected by representatives from our member associations, and maintains a state office in Auburndale, FL with a professional staff. Our membership consists of 200+ clubs/leagues, 105,000+ registered players, and 20,000+ coaches/officials. FYSA is part of a much larger soccer community. We are a proud member of the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), United State Soccer Federation (USSF), and the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
